Thank you for supporting Bazaar! We put lots of TLC into creating each piece and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return policy before placing your order.

Shipping
Bazaar currently ships to Canada, the United States, and the UK. If you are outside these countries and would like to place an order, please email us at hello@bazaarcustoms.com.

Canada & US
- Free shipping on orders over $99
- $11 shipping on orders under $99
UK
- Free shipping on orders over £99
- £7 shipping on orders under £99
Shipping Timeline
We have some stock ready to ship that will arrive in as little as 7-11 days. Most of our designs are made to order and will arrive in around 3 weeks. On each product page, click on your size and you will see an delivery window.
You can always email us if you need to do a rush order, and we'd be happy to try and accommodate your timeline.
Custom vs. Standard Orders
All custom pieces are final sale and non-refundable. This includes any item made to your specific measurements or customized in any way. Please review all sizing and design details carefully before confirming your order.
If you order a standard size and it doesn't work out we're happy to offer you a full refund.
To initiate a return, please email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@bazaarcustoms.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions over email.
You’ll have an additional 14 additional days to ship or drop off the item.
- Toronto/GTA area, you can arrange a return in person.
- Outside Toronto/GTA, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping to us in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item in its original, unworn, and undamaged condition, we will issue a full refund.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We are happy to facilitate exchanges for non-custom orders.

Additional Terms
Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags intact.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
At the end of the day, we want you to love your Bazaar order and we will do everything we can to make that happen!
